ARONIM performs as a DJ. Depending on the specific show, he either performs all originals (preferred) or a mix of originals and third party materials. With more than 60 original tracks released, he has ample material to hold down gigs of 2-3 hours with ARONIM songs alone.
With bass music as the primary style, ARONIM mixes in a variety of other styles including drum and bass, dub, dubstep / wobble, hip-hop, and breakbeat. He is NOT a house DJ although he may mix in an occasional deep house track when it fits the scene where he is performing.
ARONIM has been involved in music for over 30 years. Prior to diving into music production, he was a pro-caliber fretless bass player with a background in jazz, funk, metal, rock, and blues originals and cover songs.
He made the shift full time to production under the moniker ARONIM in 2017 after dabbling in it during the early 2000s, and has been publishing multiple releases per calendar year since 2020.
He began DJing back in 2015, and went into a hiatus during the pandemic when he worked hard to further hone his production chops. He is now ready to pursue live gigs more aggressively with the volume of material he has ready to share with the world.
