Our repertoire includes classical Arabic songs and Arabic Maqams, all uniquely infused with Flamenco and Spanish Gypsy elements.
We perform with Flamenco guitar as well as Fretless guitar and many other traditional percussions like ( Cajon , Raq, Drbuka, and Frame Drum ) offering a rich, emotionally resonant experience. We’re also able to perform a wide range of popular and traditional Arabic songs, reimagined with our signature style.
Diar has performed at many private events—including weddings, birthdays, and corporate parties—and has taken the stage at major cultural events such as the Aga Khan Museum, Tirgan Festival, Happening Festival, Luminato Festival, Canada Day, Sofar Sounds, and the Mayor’s Lunch for the Arts.
