Lieder Strings

We bring beautiful, elegant live strings to weddings and other social events. We play our wooden instruments acoustically, most of the time without any amplification, to highlight their natural resonance. Although we are classically trained musicians, we are skilled in various genres. We also arrange our own music!

Classical, hymns, pop, movie/TV soundtracks, jazz, we also write our own string arrangements.

We are a husband and wife team! We met as two violin majors in college and both went on to pursue a master’s degree in violin performance. Music brought the two of us together and now it’s our turn to share the joy of music with others. We absolutely love what we do!
