The Tavares Jazz Band

We contacted Fernando after seeing some videos online of their music.

We wanted some jazz for our cocktails and some ambient music throughout dinner. I was concerned that the trio would be too small for the large space that we had but they were perfect.

From song choices to sound to friendless to accommodating us when we were running late. Their skill matched with their professionalism was just slightly tipped with their friendliness and reliability.

I cannot rate them highly enough. They set the perfect tone for what was our most magical day. Thank you Fernando and team for being so wonderful.

For our wedding me and my partner were looking for a jazz band.

After having watched several videos we were convinced and we booked for the band to play during reception and dinner. Every single band member is so talented on its own and hearing them playing together really set a nice and relaxed atmosphere.

All the wedding guests enjoyed the music and we got so many compliments for choosing such a good a band. We’re very very happy to have the Tavares Jazz band play at our wedding.

Thank you SO MUCH!! We just got home a few days ago from Portugal and were pretty disconnected for the remainder of our trip so just seeing these now!

First, we cannot thank YOU and your band enough for being so lovely to work with and for bringing our wedding day music vision perfectly to life. We knew you would be wonderful, but we were completely blown away.

We really cannot thank you enough, and are just so happy with everything. It was the most magical day for us and the guests (everybody is still raving about the band), and you were a huge contribution to that. My dad would have loved to play with you! Maybe one day in the future when we go back to Portugal ?

Also, thank you so much for sending the video montage!! The one thing Frank and I were regretting from wedding day was not having more time to enjoy the band during the cocktail reception, so we nearly cried a bit seeing your email and the video.

Thank you so much. We will cherish these memories forever and will continue to enjoy the video. Frank says we need you all to fly here and repeat the set so we can enjoy it fully from start to finish ?
