The Optics Band

Comfortable playing short sets, longer sets or headlining. We generally operate as a four piece but have a regular guest Sax player. We have our own PA (suited only to smaller venues). Our drummer is equally comfortable playing full kit or a Cajon for smaller stage footprints or where sound level might be an issue.

Play a wide selection of original music plus a range of cover versions as required to suit the occasion.

Our own compositions are largely folk rock, americana, indie.

We also do a range of covers from acts such as Johnny Cash, The Stones, Dylan, The Searchers, Dire Straits etc
