Detroit's Motown sound - the soulful melody, harmony, vocals and playful lyrics love, happiness and romantic heartbreak – this is what Detroit is about. The Motor City is where you should be for music to fall in love by and these men from Big D has created the dynamic sound that they loves so well and carved out their own piece of musical history. One day they spotted a 1958 Oldsmobile 'Dynamic 88', perhaps their dream and the Dynamics legacy was born. Born with a name that embodied Detroit and under the management of Ted White, the Dynamics were on the ladder towards the top. At that time there was Seven Members they were:
Misery was plagiarized by a British group Called High Numbers later called the Who. Their Manager Peter Meaden changed some of the Lyrics and called the record Zoot Suit. In that Era Copywrite infringement Laws were very spacey since Soul Music was considered Underground at the time. The who recorded Zoot Suit in 1964 and it did not do very well.
Time moved on and The Dynamics went through personnel changes yet again Durbin Hicks left the group and Fred Baker to go into the Ministry .was replaced by Carnell”Silver”Butler Sr, and Isaac Harris returned so now the member make up is:

Finally 2010 Thomas “Skip” Winburn passed away and the Dynamics waited a Year and recruited Gregory Roberts.

Their increased popularity and world exposure resulted in television commitments and appearances on Soulsville, Robin Seymour's Swingin' Time and American Bandstand. During that same time another recorded Bingo and Somewhere and their Manager Ed Wingate Recorded those Records under the Dynamics name later that group became the Dramatics.
Now we move ahead to The Dynamics of today. The Dynamics have now taken the melodic sound of “back-in-the-day and made it new.” The dynamics are currently performing their former hits to sold-out venues in tribute to the Motown sound and the returning glory days of Detroit.
