Joe Caruso and his band perform popular jazz classics like “Fly Me to the Moon,” “The Best is Yet To Come,” “The Way You Look Tonight,” as well as other pop standards and love songs.
Joe relies on a vocal technique called the bel canto (Italian, “beautiful singing” ) method. Tony Bennett once said that as a student of this discipline, he was taught to get to the center of the note, and that this is the essence of bel canto singing.
Joe is renowned for his great phrasing, clarity of diction and sheer thrill of sound.
The singer says that, for most people, “When they hear our demo, or see us live, they immediately realize how elegant, romantic, and memorable it will be to have us performing for them, and their guests.” One thing Joe stresses is his ability to understand and deliver the atmosphere people are trying to create.
If you’re searching for that special ingredient to make sure your event is ultra-romantic and memorable, it’s time to get with Joe Caruso.

When we set out to find a band to help my wife and I celebrate several milestones at a home party, we were extremely pleased to find Joe Caruso and his excellent musicians. Being a long time Rat Pack / Tony Bennett fan, I knew immediately that Joe's band was the right choice. From the first contact, Joe was the ultimate professional while making us feel like we were friends forever. He arrived very early to set up and make sure that everything was perfect. All of their songs, including our special request, were flawlessly performed and at a volume to allow everyone to enjoy the music, but also converse with each other. We've been to many private and corporate events over the years and have never saw or heard 4 musicians with as much personality, talent and professionalism as Joe Caruso and his band. The number one comment received from our guests after the party was related to these fabulous guys. We plan to make our party an annual event and will be contacting Joe to get on his calendar in 2018. —Dr. Gregory Roth
Thank you, Joe! Joe and his team set up everything at the start and cleaned up quickly, prior to and after our event for Stanford University. They did a wonderful set that our guests could listen to but still have great conversation. He was incredibly easy to work with and provided us with samples of music, as well. When the reception ran over time, he still continued to play while it began to wind down. We had our Dean speak for a short moment and Joe provided an extra mic for him to use and was flexible with his break time in order to help this transition. We really enjoyed getting this great recommendation. —Irene Sheh
There is not enough room here for me to truly get across the ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL experience we had working with Joe Caruso. I have taught dance for several years, and my fiancee decided to learn a choreographed first dance, so I'm sure you can imagine the requests we must have made throughout the wedding planning process. Joe and his band not only learned a song for us, they also sent us several versions of the song to be sure it was perfect with the choreography, they invited us out to hear them perform before the wedding (I am SUPER type-a if you can't tell), and they made wonderful suggestions of jazz songs to replace the traditional wedding marches. I'd always dreamed of a classic/classy wedding that included a vocalist and piano instead of strings instruments, and boy did they deliver! A month and a half out, I'm still getting compliments on how fun our wedding was for all ages. Seriously, though, I would hire this band a thousand more times, if I could. They are perfection, and I can't thank them enough for bringing my wedding dreams to life! —Amy Hill
