The lead member of this performance group; is the only female-musician-member of George Clinton & Parliament-Funkadelic, and a direct disciple of the late Prince. She is also the current Queen of Rock; named so by Rock Legends: Paul Stanley/KISS, Sammy Hagar/VH, Mark Hudson/Grammy Producer, and Matt Sorum/GnR; on the VH1 TV show RRFC.

Starr Cullars is a Bass-Player/Lead-Singer/Songwriter/Bandleader. She is also a trained theatre actress and experienced Speaker.
