Rusty Keys

In 2003 my interest started with music, I joined Youth Jazz & Big Bands as a saxophonist and ended up performing locally and Europe playing pieces like Chameleon, Street Life & Shining Star to name a few.

2005 was when I started working in the duo Alternate Perceptions performing as a saxophonist with the singer songwriter Si Cliff performing original material and covers across Northwest England at restaurants, pubs and private functions.

2007 I found myself performing with Wedding Bands, Jazz Bands, Big Bands and in Theatre Shows nationally, performing in shows such as “Rent” & “Westside Story” to name a couple. In 2008 I started composing for TV and film projects and One on One tuition.

Since graduating from University in 2010 I have been performing regularly with Wedding Bands, Original & Tribute Acts, and working as a session musician for styles from Drum & Bass to Jazz and am currently working as a freelance contractor for other bands and as the director.
