UpTones are a six piece function band.

With dual male and female lead vocals, our energetic delivery will leave the audience wanting more, bringing life to the party that makes for unforgettable experiences.
Our rhythm section consists of guitar, bass, keys and drums.
We have invested in the highest quality equipment to complete your event to the highest possible standard.
We offer a wide selection of songs and artist covers with a repertoire spreading from Soul and Motown classics, through to 80’s Party Hits, Nineties and Naughties anthems and modern day chart toppers.

We also offer a DJ package to keep the party going for those who still have energy after our set!

We met in 2013 while studying professional musicianship degrees at the British Institute of Modern Music and decided to establish a party covers band.

We all have plenty of music performance experience, with past clients of the band including countless wedding receptions and corporate events for the likes of Rolls Royce, ibis and Ashton Gate Football Club.
